At You Are Beautiful Skincare, every product begins with extensive scientific research into each ingredient before formulation ever begins. All products are scientifically formulated and handcrafted in our own lab by our senior organic skincare formulator — we do not rely on contract manufacturers. This hands-on approach gives us complete control over ingredient quality, formulation techniques, product integrity, stability, and performance.

We work closely with trusted ingredient suppliers to ensure we source some of the highest-quality, sustainably harvested ingredients available. Many of our formulations have been refined over years — and in some cases decades — undergoing dozens of revisions to achieve the highest standards of effectiveness, sensory experience, and reliability.

As a small, independent brand, we intentionally produce in small batches, allowing us to remain agile, responsive, and open to innovation. This flexibility enables us to thoughtfully adapt to evolving research, new techniques, and emerging ingredients — without compromising our values or craftsmanship.

You Are Beautiful Skincare is a woman-owned and independently operated brand, 100% owned by our organic formulator, LaDena Stamets. We have no outside investors influencing our formulations or launch decisions. Our passion for creating luxury skincare is driven by the intersection of science, nature, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and beautiful in the skin they’re in.

You Are Beautiful Skincare was founded by LaDena Stamets, certified organic skincare formulator with over 20 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, complemented by advanced professional training in formulation, stability testing, natural cosmetic preservation, and anti-aging skincare. Each high-performance creation reflects a meticulous balance of science, sustainability, and artisanal craftsmanship—designed to elevate daily skincare into a thoughtful ritual.
